I've got torque links on my car... pics are on my website.  Factory installed Torque Links were probably done at the dealerships because in order to attach them properly to the frame, the 'lip' on the frame had to be hammered down before they could bolt on the brackets.

 

I sure hope they help cause I'm not too partial to wheel hop...  guess I'll find out this Spring.

 

I've emailed this Russell fella with a bit of info, hopefully I've helped him out.

Torque links were an option offered on the Gremlin. I thinkI've seen only one or two cars with the links installed.
