I seriously doubt that a single diaphragm booster can be rebuilt as a double one. The master cyl's mounting flange holes do not line up so you could not put a disc brake cyl on a drum booster or vice versa. If you can't get a disc master and booster the drum one will work just fine. Like I said there is a little more pedal pressure required on a conversion using the drum booster and master but not much in my opinion. Like I said I have a factory and conversion to compare so I know exactly how both feel. "Doc" ------------------------ Yahoo! Groups Sponsor --------------------~--> Help save the life of a child. Thank you for the information, Doc. So if the external boosters are
the same size, can they be rebuilt for a disc set up (double
diaphram vs. single)?
