Well, the blue '73 Hornet has been here long enough that I'm starting to get ideas for it ...damn it. Looking at my copper '73, I see I already have a nice 'road' car...360 has plenty of juice, it has dual anti-sway bars...a good balanced car for the turns. Which brings me to the Spirit...which is pretty much setup the same way, but has a 258. If I moved my 401 there...it'd just be a quicker version of the 360 Hornet. So....since the blue Hornet is gutted, maybe the 401 drag car idea has more merit. And since it's a 'late-73' with all the 74 updates, maybe it needs a quicky/cheap Maaco paintjob in Matador Red...and a set of white X-stripes. Then, 15" Cragar S/S wheels and whitewalls... you know...like a certain famous movie car we all know. Funny idea: Paint the engine GOLD. Get it? One car for the turns... another for straight lines. And that spare hood...hmm....cut it out for a bird-feeder scoop maybe? Geez.....if only it were sold, I'd stop!
