You can use the 4.0 Head with the Turbo - or not - since you won't be relying on the head to increase port charge speed. A BOV is subjective . Blow off Valves can be manual - set it at say, 7 lbs for street / cast pistons - or if EFI and under 8.5:1 compression, you should be able to run at least 12-14PSI of boost and hit 350+ HP. I like Electronic controllers - so Boost can be set at 5 lbs. for grocery getting = and 18lbs when Instructing Phart Ricers in 'Table Manners' ..........
