While it may not seem like I made much progress today between the misty rain this morning, my back still giving me a problem and having breathing problems today due to the weather I did get things going for the mods I plan on doing in the next few days. I got the bracket I made installed for the 2 relay's and the ballast resister. I bolted in the remote battery cut off relay (it fit the holes where the starter solenoid was before It was moved yesterday and was a bolt in) and drilled the holes and bolted in the Acell super coil. Tomorrow the weather is supposed to be cold but nice so I will mount the 2 relays and wire up the Super Coil in the afternoon when it warms up a bit. Monday I hope to wire up the remote battery cut off. Maybe next week I can get the manual choke hooked up as I have the mounting bracket made and all parts are ready to install. I drove the car all morning and with the new second rebuilt carb the car runs like it was new. I need to tweak the carb adjustments slightly. It is hard to believe that october is already half over and we in the north are looking at the winter real soon. Later all. "Doc" ------------------------ Yahoo!
