[BaadAssGremlins] Hornet hatchback questions HELP! FAST!!

I need a solid answer FAST on this.

Will the HOOD of a 73-77 Hornet slip INTO the cargo area
of the same years hatchback if the seat is folded down?
I have no car here to measure...anyone able to confirm if 
it fits???

I've found a spare hood near where my car is being picked 
up this morning, so if it will fit, the hood can come home 
with the car via truck transport.

HELP!!!
