I live about an hour away. Knew lee for about 10 years and he helped me with a lot of parts.  I was saddened when I heard he passed. He had a very adventurous life and had alot of stories.  I'm glad to hear I might have a last chance to try to salvage some parts. 

May have to visit the bank about a loan.    Alot of rust there but a lot of useful stuff.  Anyone else near Burlington Iowa I'd recommend you try to take a visit. It's like a museum in the weeds.
