Like I said you need a bill of sale from NH or Maine. Now your screwed if your DMV has record of you trying to register it saying it is from TX and it isnt.
Your best bet is Broadway Tittle. It won't be cheap but they can get you a tittle.

I'm in Ohio.

Couldnt do anything with it when I lived in Missouri, and Ohio says that since Texas is a title state I'd need a texas title. Vehicle was never registered in Texas.
