Re: [BaadAssGremlins] VW commercial with Gremlin?

The movie Radio with Cuba Gooding living with his Mom, Her car was a Gremlin. It never showed her driving it but there was several scenes with it setting in driveway. Let's all get together and make a movie with all our Gremlins. We could win Grammys with our Gremmies.

Hey, in case no one knows about this movie,, there is a Red Gremlin in the movie Brewster McCloud. The movie was made back in the 70's and there is quite a bit of the gremlin in the movie racing around.. The movie is stupid but worth seeing the Gremmy.. I had the VHS for years, but just bought the "remastered Edition" on DVD from movies unlimited..

Yup it's a Gremlin.  VW Payback?  On "The Middle" Sue Heck's wrestler boyfriend drives a 77/78 Gremlin.  Made to look junkie of course.   Would be nice to for once have a Nice cool one.

Hey has anybody seen the new VW commercial that goes through different years with different modes of transportation all the way up to the guy with baby asking how safe the VW is? It starts out in what appears to be the 70's, music I believe is Ozzie Osbourne "Stranglehold" and I swear at first glance the first segment shows the ass end of a Gremlin driving down the road. You just catch the back and taillights. Am I nuts?? AMC criticized the VW in a ton of ads in print back in the 70's!!! The Gremlin was always made out to be better.
Now they are kissin couzins??? WTF!!!
