I agree. It looked too long for a TV commercial, it looked more like a high school production to me, then would Happy Days really let another actor play Fonzie if it was made for the public. Like you said I could see it at a  dealers meeting or something like that.

It doesn't look like a commercial to me.  It looks like something done live on stage.  Maybe at corporate dealer's meeting or something.  I could see them doing something like that to introduce a new model to the dealers.
