I agree with you Doc. I know the value of AMC's have gone up but still beside AMX's, Javelin's and a few other special ones 3 to 4 thousand should get you a nice AMC that needs little if any work done to it.

Just from the picture of the cars condition I think the owner wanting 2,800$ has been putting to many aftermarket drugs in his nose or arm, just my 2 cents. I paid 300$ for my clean 74 Hornet and 600$ for my decent condition 72 Matador. Both running and in good mechanical condition.
