You know Metropolitans were painted pink, along with many Ramblers. Also one 
marketed towards women only was in 1955, maybe 57 called Dodge Le Femme:

I have seen only one of those in my life, here at a ISCA auto show at 
Astrodome in I believe 1984. There were less than 100 or so made however. I 
forgot about the Edsel's but chances are they probably had some two tone 
pink paint also.
