When you get your cam swapped in the best advice I can give you is
to take your car to a chasis dyno and tune your combination. Also after all
that work to the engine you llshould consider a shift kit for the tranny if it
is an auto. and get a converter with a bit more stall speed. Say about 2200
RPMs. You should be able to get your gremmie into the low 13's with no
trouble.

There you go, talking about things of which I know nothing!
I did have a Hurst Pro-Matic 2 shifter put in when I had the tranny
serviced. As for the converter, I did not even know that they were not all
created equal. What brand would you recommend?
