[BaadAssGremlins] Plastic dying

I have heard talk of being able to have a plastic item professionally  
dyed. I have the center dash piece for my Gremlin and it is in  
excellent condition. The problem is that it is black and I want it to  
exactly match my dash. How do I find someone to dye this piece for  
me. I was thinking about painting it but there is no paint that is  
even close to the color of my dash. Kind of a grayish blue?? Anyway,  
if anyone could point me in the right direction I would be grateful.
