If you have a 13 digit serial # you can search the car # through 
carfax.com to see if it's been stolen etc. If your serial # is shorter 
then that you can apply through www.broadwaytitle.com. Call them and 
they will send you a application packet, the cost varies as to year 
and type, but generally about $150. If you have no serial number, 
things get more involved, if you fall into that catagory, email me, 
and I can help you there too..........
