I've got a HEI distributor and a couple of points distributors.   I want to use the points distributors because I'm not sure if this engine works and points are by far the EASIEST to troubleshoot.

Not looking to race, I just want it to run.


I thought about buying a new distributor but, why spend over $100 to get yet another distributor laying around?  I was hoping that someone made/sold a rebuild kit (just need the seal and bearing) for a few buck so I could use one of my existing distributors.
