[AMC-list] IH V400/AMC 401 question

Anyone know if the mounts were adapted to fit the IH frame or were they totally different? I'm going to put my 290 into my '68 Travelall 4x4 with the nailhead TH400 from my '73 J4000 (the adapter from my 304 worked to put the flexplate on the 290)
