[AMC-list] New Valves

I "touch up" ALL my new valves (in my grinder). OEM replacement valves vary
WIDELY in quality. If they are out much "lapping" won't really help. I "lap
in" all my valves but it's mostly to double check my seat location rather
than improve seal.

But HEY,,,, that's just ME!
