The base is Motorcraft style and to confuse things further, I have two of them!
    I have several Motorcraft 2100s that I can use if I get the motor put into something. I gave a MC2100 with 1.36 jets with the 327.

Jim. The 287/327 uses the 2300 line of carbs, that aint it. The 290-390 line runs a motorcraft type. If that has the small flange, I bet it is off a late model six. Or maybe a replacement carb.....Russ
