okay, quick calc for 360 block with 3.28" crank and 6.125" [4.0] rods
comes up with about 1.437 for pin height...

i6 rods are a little wider on the big end than v8 rods, so they'd have
to be faced and maybe renotched for v8 bearings, but 258s used the
same rod blanks as 360s.
