If it's been under roof, it's probably not stuck bad.  It doesn't take much cylinder wall corrosion to make one stick.
 
As far as magic mixtures to free up the motor, a 50% mixture of acetone and ATF has been mentioned here on the list, but I've never used it.  I have used diesel fuel, PB Blaster, and Kroil, all with limited success.  
 
I have a 63 Classic with the aluminum motor where none of the above elixers has worked.  I have freed up one or two junkyard motors with the above liquids.
 
As far as a place to pry on the engine, I recommend that you remove the cover plate and pry on the flywheel teeth or flex plate with a sturdy screwdriver.    I have also uses a ratchet extension of the front balancer bolt but you're taking a chance of stripping that bolt if you really need to lean on it.   By prying on the flexplate or flywheel you can try to rotate the crank either way.  Using the crank bolt, you'll loosen the bolt if you go counterclockwise.

My 63 Ambassador 327 has been in storage for abput 4 years and brought ti home and it will not turn over, how do you guys deal with this, it was running fine when put  away.
