In a nut shell, it's been stripped down for painting but is a roller. 
290 V-8 (disassembled), NEW tinted windshield, 81 Concord front discs, 
rebuilt front trunnions, and many other new parts. No mention of the 
transmission. AC car with all the hard to find interior pieces. Se the 
ad for more. Sounds like a good deal for someone in the area.
