Another way to check is look for the EGR valve next to the throttlebody. HO doesn't have one.

Its back toward the intake side of the head. Check throttle body. 3 bolts is renix. 4 is HO. Should be 7120. Also HO ecu is beside left inner fender. Renix under dash.
