the 235 was made '33-'50, with a smaller 3.250" bore that might've
appeared a year or two earlier, and a straight-8 version that didn't
outlast the depression.  there was also a 3.500" bore 252 '52-6.

iirc frank has compiled a good history of nash sixes from the '20s up.

also iirc they're all 7 main and ohv.  by the '50s they should've been
using warner t86 and t89 trannies; the nash tow trucks - with this
engine - probably had t18s.
