Tom,

I'm not much on head porting or flow science or cooling system pathways, but
I've worked with furnace cement. You'll want to do some research. Not all
furnace cement is the same. I think you can find one that will take the
temperatures involved and stay in place. After all, some of that stuff is
placed right in the flame path in a boiler, with a blower shooting air into
the fire box. Me thinks the Menard's Home Depot variety is not want you
want.....
