I bought my 83 rotors at deal like that. One showed up in 3 days. The other took 3 weeks. Store manager kept offering my money back and a store discount plus an apology. I said no thanks I just want the rotor. They eventually came up with one. Hope yours show up to! Only thing that bummed me was one made in USA. Other in China, but they have held up fine. ------Original Message------ From: Tom Jennings Sender: amc-list-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx To: AMC, Rambler, Nash, Jeep and family ReplyTo: AMC, Rambler, Nash, Jeep and family Subject: Re: [AMC-list] rosie went for a drive Sent: Nov 6, 2009 9:23 PM On Fri, Nov 6, 2009 at 04:49, Peter Marano <pmarano@xxxxxxxxx> wrote: > Tom your mention of $100.00 rotors piqued my curiosity. They were $86? or something at NAPA, and a special order; but I see the link you sent (thanks!) is $47 at Kragen; but at that same site I entered 'my car' as 1979 AMX V8, the original donor, the rotors are $24!!! Hell yes I'll buy them at $24. Ominously though, it says "normally 124, you save 100" while I will not complain, implies that it's closeout or something. Just bought a pair, free shipping! That's a wild discrepency, I won'der what's going on? -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
