There's fglas stuff every where anymore. Lowes carries it I suspect wallymart, hdespot etc,
   Note: it seems "wrong" but wire wheel or other means. Leave all the pin holes etc there! They help the fglas to bind. Also, if you can clean the underside good and give it a brush coat of resin when you do the top. 

   I just did my carpet, etc, the only place my front floor delaminated was on a spot that was not rusted and I failed to grind it or clean it well. I got a little nervous when I saw it. So I tried to peel it off, I got a strip about 3/4" by 6" wide to peel then it snapped of clean. No amount of digging would loosen any more. 

    I had made up my mind to replace any floors that I thought the fglas had failed on. After 10 years it is still really well bonded. So it stayed.

Pics! YEah, that sounds like the right route for that sort of leak.

There's fiberglas cloth, and fiberglas mat. The mat is messy but good for
forming shapes. I'm sure you can buy fine cloth, probably mail order.
