Best bet is a junk yard.  If you're talking about the "hose" that sits under the hinged license plate and goes down to the tank, they were not hoses but steel tubes and were a snug "work it around" fit into a rubber collar on top of the tank.

I was thinking I might have one laying around somewhere but I'd have to look.
