Oil coming out a dipstick can't be ring blowby. That's WAY too much oil. Is
it overfull?

Too much oil and/or mist out the filler or PCV of an AMC V-8 could be the
baffle missing from the bottom of the intake. But in my limited experience
that happens only at speed, when a lot of oil is missing.

With the PCV plugged with your finger or hose pinch, there shouldn't be "too
much" blowby at idle. If there is something is wrong.
