No need to remove any glass. The headliner will come out the door opening. You may want to remove a seat though. 
 It will come out the hatchway also removing the hatch makes it easier and the hatch is only 2 nuts

Removing the front and rear windows put it beyond my skill level. I
sure would hate to break one of those! I think I need to start saving
(the front and rear window seals need replacing, too - so should hit
the headliner and seals at the same time).
