this guy is a loose cannon who will destroy the company if he isn't
stopped.  worse, he's probably dug into a position where he's
insulated from the consequences of his actions.

he's probably been drinking the b-school kool-aid and is convinced
that all he needs to know is business [in the abstract] and not -your-
business to be an effective manager.  he certainly doesn't know as
much as he thinks he does.
