I was thinking that IIRC the first batch of cranks for 199's was supposed to be "better" than the later/newer ones.
Theres no proof that there is any real difference that I know of.
I'd guess about 50lbs.

I think they're all that old, aren't they? What's the newest 199?

I have one, but don't throw that one away! What do they weigh? 50lbs?
