I see you found it, I bought mine off a parts supply place I found on evilbay. 
joeys wholesale, he had the best price when I bought and he had good feedback and answered questions asap.
Can't say if that is till true, i bought mine in October
It is, or was also on Amazon, etc, 

I am still very happy with it, works very well on all our vehicles.

(CP9150?) code scanner for OBD I engines. Whoever that was, would you
