I have a 72 grille I may be able to use the mounting tabs from if they are simular. If not I would have to make them unless you have some?

 Mine is intact except for all the tabs on the bottom.  I am afraid one of
these days I am going to loose a couple more tabs then loose the whole
thing!  I really don't want to pay an arm and a leg for a replacement, so I
