Those look and sound pretty cool, but I agree, too much $$$ for what you're getting.  Simply exhaust cut-outs would be way cheaper and have an equally cool coolness factor.
 
I just bought a 3" in/out Twin Loop muffler from craigslist, for installation on the GW 304 stroker build.  I was considering the Aero Turbine muffler but the 3030XL is $170 on Ebay ... I got the Twin Loop (polished SS) for $70 shipped and it's new.
