Well, based on this  Ebay auction  290043230791  the aluminum head gasket appears to be different.  At least the auction specifies the gasket kit for the aluminum engine.  Only the part number is mentioned.  I think I have one of these kits at home becaue I have two aluminum engines and when one of the kits came up on Ebay in the last couple of years I bought one.  

I can confirm the numbers with a local auto parts store this weekend if you need to know for sure whether the head gasket is different for the AL 6.
