[Amc-list] urethane bushings

I'm sure it's been on this forum b4, but I was wondering what the general consensus is on urethane bushings for the '68 AMX, both front and back. I've heard that some rubber is necessary on the front, but I'm not sure which pieces those are.  Also, are the Addco front/rear sway bars equivalent to Larry Mitchell's sway bar deal?
