Happened to me just recently on an old 280Z. First, get behind them and turn
the adjuster all the way in, to take tension off them that way. Then grind
off the heads of the shoe retaining pins, and pull everything out -- drum,
shoes, and all -- until you have enough room to work with to loosen springs
and ebrake cables.

Or, if you have access, get a puller and a torch. Set the puller up with
some tension, use the torch to heat the drum (as evenly as you can), and
lightly tap the drum with a hammer to try and break it free.

If you have no other choice, you can use a sledgehammer to beat it off, but
that can render the drum unusable.
