The AMC-AMX functional cowl hoods are around -
someone reproduced them for awhile in Glas'.

They're all sex as for looks.

Unless you're a stickler - I'd run a stock low 
profile Glas' Hood with a Mother MoPar T/A Shaker Scoop - 
or more rare and expensive even as reproduction,
their Air Grabber off the RoadRunnners.

The usual ram induction with air tubing running 
up to the Air Cleaner - like the Oldsmobile 442
set ups are a way to go too - those are around
in repro.

The nicest Air Cleaner set up I've seen so far,
not a formal Ram Air item tho - are the Mercedes
Benz all Alum Alloy units in the late 80's SL
series - lots of possibilities.
