nb. these are split 3+3 but will not properly fit any other head.  the
studs are afaik in the same place but 4.0 ports are shaped differently
and the center two are moved slightly from 199/232/258 heads.  in
addition, on the '00-up #0331 head the ports are reduced in size to
increase exhaust velocity.
