Check with Doug Galvin (www.ramblerparts.com). It should be the same bushing as used on the 63-66 big cars. I never replaced the bushings, went to the Jag rear axle. Tom may have some comments though. 

If you can't find a replacement bushing you have two choices as I see it:
1. Make a bushing from a polyurethane bushing of similar size. Poly is hard enough to be cut down and drilled, but make sure you hole it good! I've run a bolt through a piece and chucked the bolt in a drill, then held a cutting tool against it to cut it down. Be careful though, it's like a wood turning lathe -- try to take off too much and your cutting tool could go flying and cause a serious injury! 
2. Make a new panhard rod. I really lean this way! Buy a couple bushed rod ends that will fit and order a piece of tubing threaded on the ends, then adjust to the correct length. I wouldn't use spherical rod ends, just the solid poly bushed ones. Hot rod suppliers like www.speedwaymotors.com will have the ends and rods, the rods would be something like four link bars.
