Re: [Amc-list] OT:Follow the directions

Hmmm.
I never noticed any real pedal drop on my Quad cab Dakota!
It'd bark the rear tires then the antilock would release and it would do it's think and stop..
The four wheels seem a little more brake dropping to me.
Haven't had the occasion to try the WJ.
With it's four wheel discs it just stops well, so I haven't needed to lock them at all, yet.

Since we are off-topic anyway I got my Hitch on tonight.
Found out you can plastic weld the bezel from a Limited into a Laredo bumper!
Came out real nice! I borrowed the plastic welder from work. It's an older one that uses air.
I just cut some strips from the edge I had to trim off the bezel and welded the bezel right into the bumper.
Saved me $60+, stupid price for a little piece of plastic.
Yep, Rambler mentality, still working :]
In this instance it was good for about $345!
Dealer wanted $445 for a factory hitch installed.
I have about a $100 in this one.
Yeah!
