This generally what we would have to do where I work. 
We handle a lot of electronics (which of course can
have mercury relays, etc.) and we have a huge
warehouse with fluorescent tubes.  BTW we just changed
our light fixtures from T-12 to T-8 bulbs and are
saving about 40% on our power use for lighting.
