Yes.  Consider this:  I just spent $400 having a block
tanked and bored and having new cam bearings
installed. The machinist commented on how expensive
the cam bearings were, compared to modern stuff.  I
still have to assemble the engine myself (of course I
want to do this and have the time to do it.) One new
piston cost $60 too.  I'm now having the con rods
resized and honed.  That will cost a little more.

$550 plus reasonable shipping is a good price.
