You don't understand.... a few months ago the DHS took 70 cats from this mans house. There are still who knows how many outdoor cats.
   Unfortunatly, I would be the bad guy if I started cat population controll I did squirrel population controll last year. My neighboprs were happy about that one. Cats... I am not so sure.
