They may be hidden in your email client, but the headers of every 
list message include this line:

List-Unsubscribe: 
<http://splatter.wps.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/amc-list>, 
<mailto:amc-list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe>

The first link takes you to the list management web page.  Use it to 
put yourself on 'suspend'.  There's a button at the bottom of the 
page to change your subscription options.
