Re: [Amc-list] OT: Anybody see that truck?

Mark,
Glad to hear things are healing.

About 4 or 5 months ago my brother was in a car accident (drunk driver hit the trailer he was towing). He was off work for a few months and In therapy for a back injury. (The other guys insurance company is offering him $1,000 for pain and suffering and lost wages.....That doesn't even cover the lost wages).
Anyway, he was finally ok'd to return to work but was looking for a different job because he didn't care too much for the one he had. Had a couple possibilities lined up. Then a couple days ago he had a ladder slip out from under him. He dropped about 12 feet onto a concrete floor on his arm. His arm is broken at the elbow and the bone displaced about 1/8". He has a consult with a surgeon on monday and may be headed to surgery on tuesday. So it looks like he is going to be off work for a while longer. I was helping him with some stuff today and bumped his arm. He almost screamed. He said the pain meds are not helping much.

update on me.
Delete or flame me if you don't care.
I think I'm going to get better! Yah!
I noticed for the first time that I can now get comfortable in a chair and my shoulder and arm don't hurt!
