  I am going to run a neutral balance 1989 Jeep Wrangler 258 flex plate.  This will work with my stock Jeep Grand Wagoneer 1.7kW mini starter and stock torque converter.

As for the flex plate breaking, I have run 450+ horsepower engines on stock
flexplates multiple times and never had a single problem. It sounds like
your 360 will be between 300 and 325 hp so all the stock gear should work
just fine.
