[Amc-list] Torque Links

Has anyone put a set of torque links on a car that did not come from  
the factory with them? If so what kind of reinforcement do I need to  
do to the frame? I have a used set and they were cut off the original  
car so I can see there is a plate inside the frame to help strengthen  
the frame.  Thanks for the help.
