Yeah that's what I figured.
Not a big fan of DHL.
Wife ordered an book that got shipped DHL. Promised a xmas delivery, we got it two weeks later.
No apology, no nothing. We could see it arrived at the local DHL, but they could not find it or get it delivered.
One day we came home and it was laying on the porch.
